Daily Duties at Emerge Usa:

- Led migration of legacy system for statewide civic engagement for tracking of election data. Tracing requirements throughout SDLC by creating Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) using MS Excel and MS Visio to create functional flow diagrams and connectivity Maps. - Defined Chapter scope and strategy, reporting directly to Boards of Directors and Advisors to ensure optimal business stakeholder engagement and aligned expectations. - Supervised over 45 staff members in web marketing and analyses of voter data using combination of requirements tracking tools within ASANA project management platform; GANT/PERT charts; SRS documentation and Use Case Diagrams. - Oversaw historic increase in statewide voter registration by 66.6% in 2016 using data collection, polls and surveys; conducted JAD sessions to update training modules and spearhead development of new voter registration Application tool. - Negotiated policy objectives with lawmakers through coalition building and establishing sustainable partnerships with public policy agencies.
