Daily Duties at Adr Vantage:

- Working with SME's and team leads to refine requirements, define scope and strategy and preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) - both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) - and creating Business Process flows for improved functionality of website training modules. - Improving KPI's through iterative web portal improvements, conducting business process review meetings/JAD sessions and leading the evaluation of technical requirements for better end user experiences and modification of internal team operating documents. - Instituting organizational process improvements; overseeing change management; developing tracking tools for quality assurance and measuring overall team progress. - Routinely meeting with stakeholders to create over 20 custom training modules around Teambuilding; Communications; Problem Solving; Facilitations; and Conflict Resolution. Conducting mediation and facilitation sessions to ensure quality control and to mitigate conflict, including Train the Trainer and one-on-one facilitations.
