Daily Duties at Directworks/Ivalua:
I was brought in by the Board of Directors to help turn around the sales team and help them understand the viability of the solution in the market. Within 9 months we totally revamped the marketing and sales tactics, cleaned up the qualified pipeline and positioned 4 net new deals in closing before I left. I recommended they sell the solution to much larger competitor because the solution itself was so niche and needed architecture changes because it hita wall once you hit a certain amount of transactions. Within 4 months of my departurethey sold the company to Ivalua.
