Daily Duties at Cross Properties:
Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing function. ● Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology ● Direct and oversee the company's marketing function to identify and develop new customers for future projects and services ● Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors. ● Make recommendations and administer policies and procedures to enhance performance ● Establish and implement short- and long-term property goals, objectives ● Work with 3rd party management in reporting metrics and make recommendations to enhance performance to partners during the transition and act as liaison to benefit all parties ● Collaborate extensively with 3rd party management teams, development and partners to continue to build the vision and bring brand awareness to the market. ● Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing , and new project development ● Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, cost , and metrics. ● Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets. ● Plan and coordinate public affairs and communication efforts - including public relations and community outreach. ● Analyze trends and identify new market and new product opportunities, oversee the pricing strategy and successfully manage all aspects of the selling process required to grow market share, including new lease-up projects, stabilization, and repositioning (when needed). ● Develop, refine, and execute strategic marketing plans taking accountability for marketing spend and brand revenue including the development of Cross re-brand ● Develop long-lasting corporate relationships and accounts ● Participate in the development of new project proposals in brand positioning and market research ● Establish and implement short and long-range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
