Project Manager (2015-2017) Managed numerous projects with the excess of 110 direct reports including supervising/ planning, and scheduling. Turnaround Safety (2010-2015) Delivered high energy safety meetings and training to empower employees to take ownership in the safety programs resulting in zero injuries for high risk turnarounds. Safety responsibilities included crafts of Scaffold, Insultation, Refractory, Painting. Project Manager (1996-2010) Managed all ExxonMobil Baton Rouge exchanger and reboilers maintenance and rebuild projects including supervising, planning and scheduling Foreman (1984-1996) Supervised crews for numberous projects and turnarounds with excess of 60 direct reports.
