Delivered all Operational Excellence process improvement initiatives for site. Provided Lean/Six Sigma training, mentoring, coaching, and leadership for Green Belts, Yellow Belts, Lean Concepts, while using various Lean/Six Sigma strategies to meet overall performance objectives. Worked with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization across five plants throughout the United States to deliver bottom line savings. Advised executive team on continuous improvement strategy for business transformation.
