Developed and implemented a Lean Six Sigma roadmap for future growth. Demonstrated ability in developing people, training, mentoring, coaching, and leadership for Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and Lean Concepts practitioners, while using various Lean/Six Sigma strategies that resulted in bottom line cost savings. Worked with cross-functional teams and executives in two states and European operations in UK and France.
