Managed direct account revenue of $18,500,000 annually with consistent growth year over year of 32%. • Delivered eCommerce optimizations yielding 9-1 from an original 7-1. • Optimized display programs garnering a 3.5% CTR up from an average of 1.75% average. • Established 1st Corporate Global Account Management team providing customer support for every client while freeing up Sales Representatives to cultivate new business opportunities 100%. o Head of Training for new comers to Operations, Client Success and Sales – from overall company vision, systems and processes. o Point person for conflict resolution, trouble shooting and constituency. • Project, Product Management and Business Development Liaison to Operations and Sales team delivering new media solutions and marketing tools to satisfy all facets of an engineer’s journey as well as the client’s contact points. – including Client Sponsorships in the DIY- Biotech and Maker space. (Hackaday Prize) o Defined and designed crucial reporting and analysis tools for internal and external Sales/Client Success teams with supporting marketing and training collateral. o Delivered reporting process with development of automatic generation resulting in reporting time for Sales Reps to 0% and decreased turn around to client from 15 days to 3. o Established A/B testing and analysis for clients from creative to site/landing pages to user experience and optimizations (eCommerce, content and Co-Op opportunities). • Marketing & Analytics. o Conceived and delivered executive level corporate and client-facing marketing collateral and presentations including: Business and performance presentations, QBRs, annual reviews, Ad Hoc statistical insights, training and Best Practices for ‘in person’ and online training including competitive insights, marketplace temperature as well as customized client competitive analysis.
