• Manager of operations for two telephone call centers • Project management of multiple large-scale research projects utilizing telephone data collection methods • Sample management and data quality assurance (including real time interviewer monitoring) • Survey design and testing of programmed questionnaire in the CATI system • Focus group recruitment and moderation • Qualitative data analysis and report generation • Personnel management including hiring, training and scheduling of all telephone interviewing operations/human resources • Development and implementation of company policies/best practices and training documentation • Management of project budgets and timelines/Resource allocation
