• Lead project manager for quantitative and qualitative market research studies utilizing online, telephone and in-person data collection methods • Comprehensive oversight of the data collection process • Survey design (Written hundreds of consumer oriented questionnaires) • Data quality assurance, data entry & coding, data analysis and report generation in Power Point • Coordination of data collection with clients, vendors and sample providers • Primary point of contact with clients and vendors/Customer service • Data analysis and reporting • Skilled in balancing multiple large-scale research projects, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget
