Daily Duties at Ensco Plc Australia:
Responsible for supervising and carrying out the drilling and well control and other work in connection with the drilling operations. Responsible for a safe operation of the drilling control system; drawworks; pipe handling systems; mud circulating systems; and Blow-out prevention (BOP) equipment in accordance with the requirements specified in the operating procedures. Supervised the drill crew and ensures the safe completion of all operations on the drill floor including daily preventative maintenance of all equipment. Drilled for hydrocarbons, burning and flaring hydrocarbons, monitor well bore and associated equipment for correct hydrostatic pressure returns.
