Daily Duties at Jos. H. Lowenstein & Sons Inc.:
Key Responsibilities: • Direct report to Chairman and President • Manage global sales operations for the company in USA, LATAM, Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East • Work with senior management, finance, R&D, manufacturing, purchasing, marketing & sales to improve existing company-wide operations with the aim to improve overall global sales operations, improve sales channel function, increase sales and increase profitability • Prepare, initiate and monitor international sales plans • Develop new international pricing strategies for the company’s three divisions • Monitor actual global sales vs. forecast, identify variances and take corrective action if needed • Monitor profitability by market, product category, client account • Manage 45 international distributors and recruit new distributors as needed • Responsible for the company's international sales force • Build and maintain relationships with cosmetic manufacturers worldwide • Maintain global vigilance on industry activity and competitive environment • Plan and attend global trade fairs to promote the company and its products
