• Directs fiscal initiatives overseeing financial reporting, accounting, budgeting and forecasting for 6 separate companies. Maintains collaborative professional relationships with 15 practice physicians. • The respected subject matter expert analyzes financial and performance data, advising the business owner on financial matters and growth opportunities. • Supportive leader mentors cross-functional teams of 4 managers and 9 staff performing billing, collections, cash management, loan financing, fixed assets, compensation and payroll. • Manages all post-merger integration of accounting operations, ensuring data integrity and security. Compiles and presents multiple datasets for tax purposes, benchmarking and growth analysis. • Worked hard to promote a more professional environment where people pull together as a team, respect each other and communicate openly.
