Daily Duties at National International Roofing, Inc.:

Delivered key leadership during the time that the company grew into $30 million+ company; 5 divisions included New Construction, Reroof, Architectural Sheet Metal, RoofTop Maintenance and HVAC Maintenance. Stepped up to assume leadership over key roofing installation project (Sears Corporate Headquarters) after 2 project managers resigned due to the complexity of the effort, which involved 600,000sf of roof spread out across 38 roof levels. Activities included coordinating 300+ semi loads of materials, attending weekly coordination/safety meetings, and producing daily production reports. I spent 2 years onsite with this project. Outperformed peers and progressed up the ranks of the organization (12 total positions), from a 15 ton boom truck operator, to Assistant Superintendent to oversee $5 million+, 2 year roofing installation project for Sears Corporate Headquarters, and ultimately Vice President of Operations. Catapulted size of the client base from 15 to 150 clients. Positioned New Construction division favorably to attain 33% growth for 4 consecutive years.
