Daily Duties at Roof Options, Llc:
I was brought in to help wrap up the backlog of projects that had accumulated as the class action settlement was ending and then to transition the roofing division into developing additional public and private sales. Tracked sales and tweaked performance of the newly formed Service division to meet the company's business goals. Excelled at restructuring the organization by developing and instituting policies and procedures across all divisions of the company. Held personnel accountable to those new policies and procedures. Reorganized and cleaned up the backlog of projects and their paperwork (warranties, close-out documents etc.)
