Responsible for departmental staffing, work process improvement, mentoring, and training; coordinated multiple projects for the Consortium’s client Saudi Aramco, several with parallel schedules. Max team managed: 6 I&C Engineers and Designers • Lead I&C Engineer for multiple Aramco projects • I&C Engineer/Lead for multiple projects for various clients
