Daily Duties at Amdocs Inc.:
Member in the quality assurance and methodology group of NA division @ Amdocs. Managed the methodology, quality assurance and process improvement activities in TELUS account • Identify changes required to working processes to meet CMM Level 3 requirements • Developed and executed ‘Process Improvement’ plan; achieved CMM Level 3 certification • Developed and performed a comprehensive SQA management plan for TELUS account • Provided training in CMM level 3, methodologies, processes and process quality
