• Collect data and develop various reporting tools to create operational metrics, analyze budgets, define staffing/capacity models, produce benchmark comparisons and present results to senior management. • Organized and facilitated meetings with senior executives and stakeholders on upcoming implementations and procedures. • Partnered daily with Treasury Operations for collateralization for the North and South American Exchanges. • Assessed vendor products and maintained positive vendor relations. • Built strategic alliances with IT, vendors and operations to re-engineer over to new cost saving applications. Coordinated all phases of testing and implementation of the new platforms across products and processes. • Designed and drafted work flows, standard operating procedures, and control reports to support the new platform. • Initiated program that standardized employee training across multiple departments with regards to Regulatory Initiatives. • Defined strategy and business plan for change management of all operational work flows and procedures. • Directed planning, budgeting, vendor selection and quality assurance efforts. • Established operational objectives and work plans and delegated assignments to subordinate managers.
