Provide commissioning and start-up assistance at power plants including turnover package preparation and completion. Train plant operators and maintenance personnel on new air pollution control processes and equipment. Write process descriptions and review DCS control logic to verify required operation and control. Develop process setpoints. Review contract documents for compliance with scope-of-services
