Oversee and direct all administrative and operational functions of the 911 Communications Center. This includes management of the center, hiring/firing, resource allocation, budget, grants, coordination of resources within the city and contiguous towns, training of personnel, coordinate emergency management functions with mayor and public safety collegues.
