Responsible for Singapore corporate consolidations of Shangri-La’s Asia and Shangri-La International Management commercial investments in Singapore and Malaysia encompassing five hotels. Provided constructive input in making preopening planning in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Sri Lanka including pre-opening budgets. An ensured timely accomplishment of diverse financial tasks including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, ROI projections, and wage and hour law, and benefits management. Negotiated contracts for renewals and leases. Shared services in Singapore and UAE for procurement and payroll services. Manage corporate litigation and Banking relationships
