Financial reporting and adminstration for USD 70 Million proprty. Extension would add another USD 15-20 Million. Mixed use property with 600 rooms and 12 F&B outlets attached to a mall. Worked on the extension preopening budget known as the Arjaan and integrated it into the current financial reporting. Present different working models for Arjaan Residential from fully leased to an operating serviced apartment for owner approvals. Workforce restructuring with the decline in revenue per room as the competitive landscape changed, review outsourced models of labor for Housekeeping, laundry, food services, stewarding and recreational facilities. Develop and collaborate on productivity models for the property.
