• Starting with Defense Department epidemiologists and global health experts conceptualized an HIV/AIDS centric EMR. Conceptualized metrics driven reporting and clinical workflow improvement with numerous Ministers of Health, Ministers of Technology, CDC, Embassy Officers and Military Leaders. Drove brainstorming sessions with disease management and clinical leaders from 13 countries. Facilitated with Microsoft and local technical experts via the Botswana Innovation Hub cloud based EMR vision. • Created initial prototypes, lead vision sessions in three languages with clinical experts, worked through cultural issues associated with HIV treatment, transmission prevention and lifestyle counseling, led Ministry of Health change management efforts from paper tabulations to automated report delivery.
