• Responsible for leading the East Regional EHS Team (8 Direct Reports) supporting Field Operations, Sales and Customer Care. Responsibilities included implementing EHS loss prevention and compliance policies/procedures/training programs for 10 Market Units covering 120 distribution centers and 15 manufacturing plants. Provide leadership and guidance on all EHS initiatives as well as DOT compliance-related activities. Developed and drove a consistent safety cultural message at all levels of the organization through interaction with hourly employees, Market Unit Leadership and Executive Leadership. • Led Project Team for FMLA and WC Return-to-Work processes in New Jersey. Project focused on re-establishing transitional duty, targeting suspect claims, understanding and mapping FMLA and WC RTW process, bottlenecks and model management processes and has been replicated throughout the corporation.
