Daily Duties at Orange County Community Foundation:

Led cross-functional team to develop and execute strategies to grow awareness of one of Orange County’s largest nonprofit organizations. Cultivated relationships with business leaders, elected officials and partners such as Angels Baseball and Disneyland to disseminate key messages. • Served as chief marketing officer and brand architect for the foundation. Led proactive marketing and PR strategy that transformed organization with low visibility into widely-recognized brand among community influencers, business owners and corporations. • Amplified voice and reach by integrating media relations, digital marketing, speaking opportunities, events, in-kind partnerships and sponsors. • 115% increase in assets and 108% growth in donations achieved by executing innovative marketing/PR strategies. • Led development of annual marketing plan with measurable results as well as crisis communications strategy. • 5,000 Facebook fans and 3,000 Twitter followers attracted by deploying social media presence on multiple platforms; stimulated dialogue and engagement among key audiences. • $2 million+ raised through Round It Up America for Yard House Restaurants; rolled out nationally by brands such as California Pizza Kitchen and Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ. • Increased community awareness and engaged users with $10,000 monthly Google AdWords grant; utilized Google Analytics to quantify results and direct traffic to multiple websites.
