Manage and maintain supply base of over 200 Suppliers from raw goods, to packaged goods ●Report directly to the company owner and collaborate with an internal cross-functional team comprised of design, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain and packaging. ●Create and sell product line specific to meet the specific needs of clients. Clients include Michael’s, JoAnn’s , and Hobby Lobby as well as independent retailers and wholesalers ●Effectively monitor, analyze and interpret product and supplier performance in order to properly identify action for future development and or costing opportunities. ●Work closely with overseas traders and manufacturers on end to end processes ●Manage the overall timeline, lead weekly cross-functional team meetings, identify risks that may affect the timeline and lead efforts to mitigate risks.
