Daily Duties at P & P Construction:

Owner /Operator for commercial and residential construction covering 17 counties and 5 crews. My duties covered managing operations, estimating, payroll, writing and enforcing safety and environmental programs. Filling out all reports and reporting directly to OSHA for company’s safety record. This also included training my men in OSHA regulations, and teaching them about jobsite safety and how to not only fill out a JHA, but how to identify possible hazards created on the jobsite. I personally did job site audits once a week to show the men how serious safety is. In two years there were no recordable accidents and over 100,000 man hours worked.
