Proposed, developed and helped institute Lenovo’s IT Vendor Management Office (VMO) Created specific governance systems with each vendor to progress the goals and objectives of the various projects/agreements. Tracked and approved the fulfillment of project and program deliverables and assigned penalties for deviation of schedule, budget and quality for projects Leveraged agreements with Vendors to drive significant savings into Lenovo (over 40 million in 2008). Developed and maintained key account resource guides, account profiles and important internal forms
