• Tested and analyzed company’s financial suite software to ensure proper functionality • Developed data and methodology for page and algorithm testing • Checked proper performance of software and page calculations on statements • Worked with mathematical formulas from NAIC that checked data in all statement pages • Tested proper validation execution by input of appropriate data • Analyzed results and communicated with Developers directly to resolve issues • Created change control logs to report product errors; tracked and verified resolved control logs • Edited and assisted with improvement of software instruction manuals for Product Support Services
