• Served in lead position to provide project estimates, represent QA in Scrum, and provide training to off-shore resources; monitored and guided progress of off-shore resources and provided feedback to management • Created and maintained independent servers, databases, and testing environments on virtual machines as needed to perform staging and testing activities; routinely performed installations, system configuration, and upgrades • Staged environment for automation testing; evaluated results and analyzed discrepancies • Reviewed Requirements Specifications and provided design recommendations and improvements • Collaborated closely with Development and Business Analyst during testing of enhancements and defects • Designed and executed test cases within HP Quality Center to verify compliance, quality and usability • Developed test suites for functional, integration, regression and system testing • Staged functional and exploratory testing in continuous integration environment • Responsible for all test stages including regression and system testing through to release as well as hotfix/patch testing • Utilized SQL Server Management Studio for database query and Profiler to identify and/or assist in debugging activity • Developed Dashboard in HP ALM to monitor real-time progress of defects, enhancements and test runs for reporting • Communicated status and other information to project stakeholders and management • Collaborated with Support in troubleshooting client issues; assisted on calls when requested • Developed training material as needed and reviewed and approved user documentation
