Daily Duties at Pheaa\Aes:

I was responsible for leading the Commercial Operations Division (AES), which had the primary responsibility of performing all aspects of student loan servicing activities for large commercial banks and community banks and credit unions. Activities include contact center, specialized collections, application processing, loan repayment options, deceased account processing, bankruptcy and disability application processing, complaint management, charge-off and claim activities, document intake and data capture functions, client relationship management, form, letter and website content, and all other aspects of customer experience.
