Daily Duties at James Greene & Associates:
Develop, implement and maintain sales and service for territory encompassing 75,000 square miles within Texas. The block of business was 100+ clients, with over $1.2 million in premium that had been without a manager or service representative for over 18 months. At the time of my hire 60% of the client base was out to bid with competing agencies. I was responsible for improving Customer service relations between client and company. Representing a full line of insurance products, serving as a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals.
