Daily Duties at Randstad Professionals Viztek 2020 Imaging :
Supported all sales staff as well as internal and external customers in all order entry and sales efforts relative to the order and shipment of medical devices manufactured by Viztek / 2020 Imaging. Responsible for processing all customer purchase orders and providing sales support to both internal and external customers • Research/ identified issues and created solutions for any sales related inquiries. • Completed difficult task under deadlines while multitasking. • Actively participated in multifunctional team meetings • Created sales quotes and issued them upon request. • Utilized a CRM System (Autotask & Salesforce) and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, SAP and Oracle) • Worked cross functionally with other Viztek departments (purchasing/logistics/finance). • Interfaced with customers by phone, fax and email.
