Created templates using Excel for billing and payment statements issued to Site Investigators (SI) involved in clinical trials studies for Ocera Therapeutics. Created office filing system for paper bills and mail for office executives. • Reviewed and interpreted contracts between Ocera and Hospitals involved in conducting clinical trials studies to determine the payments due to hospital staff for their participation in the clinical trial being conducted by Ocera. • Created an organized filing system using contracts and budget information for 200 plus accounts and entered the paper documents into a sectioned file system including binders. • Created payment statement templates for clinical trials site investigators payment and reviewed data submitted to determine the number of payments Ocera was to issue the SI and updated the templates with that data. • Created filing system and organized paper bills and mail correspondence for office executives and educated them on the set up and how to maintain the order.
