Daily Duties at Insight Global Allscripts :
• Responsible for invoicing clients for start-up costs, training, and additional support costs • Invoices Monthly Service Hours and Travel Expenses • Issues credit memo / rebill approval requests to resolve billing discrepancies • Analyzed contract language and also verified data accuracy, made necessary updates through Oracle • Worked with other departments to ensure billings are accurate and according to contract terms • Billed necessary products within same month that received. • Assisted accounting in reconciling unbilled items each month. • Communicated with clients regarding issues with support items, questions or requested changes to existing coverage. • Participated in meetings and on special projects as needed. • Responded to maintenance billing discrepancies reported on cases through SalesForce.com
