The Curriculum Developer for the first International Airlift School for the Airbus 330-200/HC-130, aircraft developing curriculum about Loading and Unloading of Dangerous Goods. Designed and developed aviation ground training courses, applications and systems. Worked with applicable business unit/countries to conduct need assessments. Established training content, learning objectives, task learning relationships, prerequisite skills and knowledge for trainees.
