Daily Duties at Exxon Mobil:

• Reconciliation, Following up and monitoring of different Accounts: Advance Payment, Retention and Prepayment Accounts, Good receipts and Invoice receipts • Processing of invoices for payment with application of relevant tax laws • Ensure that invoices collected for processing/payment are qualified for minimum invoice processing standard (MIPS) in line with all checking controls and transactions comply with financial policies • Processing of various taxes to Govt/Govt agencies (VAT, WHT, DPR FEE etc) • Charging and coding of cost/expenditure (invoices) to appropriate cost centers • Formulating and implementing payables process improvement • Resolve both internal and external queries on vendor invoices timely • Analysis of supporting documents in line with DOAG payment authorization • Issuing and releasing blocks on invoices that have pending issues • Effective accounting working knowledge on SAP
