Daily Duties at Harvard University:

Responsible for monitoring the proper management of trusts held outside Harvard, regarding principal and income growth, fees and other changes. Oversaw data entry and coordinated reports for Harvard’s future interests. Devised a data processing format for a trust and estate tracking system. Supervised 3 assistants.• Administered a complex system of estates and trusts including charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, gift annuities and pooled income funds o Advised donors and/or representatives as to options and proper wording of charitable devices and calculations for federal income tax deduction purposes. Examined wills, trust accounts and inventories, with special emphasis on the orderly and timely acquisition of all assets due the university
