Daily Duties at Journeycorp Travel Management, Inc.:

Spearheaded daily operations of corporate onsite travel services including training, task delegation, and performance management of personnel. Secured air, car, hotel and rail accommodations for domestic and international travel. Oversaw quality control of all tickets issued and arrangements made in accordance with Consolidated Edison’s travel policy. Collaborated closely with Con Edison Travel Administrator addressing questions and troubleshoot when needed. Managed weekly ARC reporting, reported any concerns regarding account and executed rapid resolution
