Daily Duties at Altour:
Executed destination research, and booking of air, car and hotel for domestic and international travel. Provided recommendations on best route, lowest fare, upgrades, price comparisons, and hotel locations. Compiled itineraries, issued airline tickets, seat assignments resulting in exchanging, refunding, or cancelling tickets for individuals and groups. Built and updated profiles, handled email follow up, and assisted travelers with last minute travel cancellations and modifications.
