Daily Duties at Cloud Tours:
Created Sabre PNRS via internal request for costing purposes regarding flights to Greece, Croatia, Cuba, and Israel for groups, families, couples, and individuals. Oversaw necessary documentation including TSA, Global Entry, families traveling with infants, required airline documentation for Cuba, Air Extras, Electronic Exchanges, and voided tickets. Issued tickets when net contract did not apply and distributed tickets via email, as well as ticketing instructions for contracted fares. Coordinated with hotel tariffs to price land arrangements. Price out all components of package such as air, car, transfers, hotel, and tours utilizing Excel including proper rate of exchange and markups for company president approval and sign off. Heavy utilization of Word and Excel.
