Provided services to international Frequent Individual Travelers (FIT) including consulting, booking, and budgeting full range of travel products such as International / Domestic Air on GDS Sabre Red, Car, Cruises through Cruise Control, Hotel accommodations, and ticketing contract air ensuring competitive pricing with online offerings, as well as working with consolidators. Handled transfers and compiled sightseeing options for diverse group of travelers across online and offline platforms. Executed updates and invoicing to Sabre client-base, confirming vendor visits and coordinating Vendor calendar for weekly distribution. Fielded and addressed incoming and outbound calls answering travel related inquiries and problem solving for independent contractors and clients.
