Daily Duties at Consumers Federal Credit Union:
Approve and submit bi-weekly payroll and 401K files. Administer employee benefits including medical, pension and fringe. Performed all on-boarding and termination procedures. Post and reconcile general ledger transactions. Approve invoices for payment, approve outgoing wires. Troubleshoot member service issues. Internal support for IT team located out of state. Complete monthly and year end reporting for state and federal regulators. Responsible for submitting monthly financial statement to CEO, CFO and Board members. Delivered ad-hoc reports
