CREDIT UNION NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FINANCIAL SERVICES GROUP • Provided business systems design, management, and support for 5000 credit unions. • Developed strategic plan reducing projected staffing levels by 20%. • Created credit union software reporting option; 80 credit unions year 1, 180 year 2 and 320 year 3. OSCAR MAYER, GENERAL FOODS, PHILIP MORRIS • Managed IT Audits for General Foods Corporate Audit in US and Canada. • Designed financial audit software package reducing audit execution time by 30%. • Integrated company acquisitions and mergers into existing corporate systems. • Designed systems in general ledger, accounts receivable, budgeting, gross margins, pricing and HR.
