Daily Duties at Trek Bicycle:
Develop and implement strategic growth plans for 12 Trek ASEAN & ME distributors and their independent retailers. Manage the ASEAN & ME Distributor and retailer markets with earnings of $13 million in annual sales. Collaborate with Distributors & Marketing teams to maximize brand position in the markets. Provide content to event attendees such as continuous improvement, product forecasting, financial health, and marketing plans. Apply leadership, strategic acumen and consultative selling skills to generate new and incremental business. Control expenses to meet budget targets. Plan and facilitate annual regional distributor summit events. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with distributor partners. Adapt to understanding and responding to global cultures. Embrace a continuous improvement philosophy.
