Manage the construction and rehabilitation of water, waste management and sanitation facilities with in health centers and local clinic with in montserrado county with concentration on, budget and costing, scope and scheduling, management and control of quality, communication management, stake holder and procurement, amongst others. oversaw technical design with team of engineers, direct and manage project work and close project with proper turnover of all facilities to communities and leaders.
