Daily Duties at Hope Baptist Church Online:
Recruited and trained small group leaders, effectively recruited, managed, and trained, key ministry team members. trained volunteer team members on effective telephone protocol follow-up with first-time visitors and new members, trained and managed team members in call center environment for phone call blitz follow up after holiday events; coordinated 10 new member classes annually, created marketing content for weekly church bulletin, website, monthly magazine, and program posters/flyers, planned and executed connection events to promote awareness of church activities, coordinated, scheduled, and facilitated 120+ baptisms by pastors each year. Co-founded golf event "Hope Fore the Nation"
