Daily Duties at Pinnacle Entertainment :
Was responsible for all front office, environmental cleaning services, valet, bell services, laundry, and housekeeping departments, a total of over 100 staff members. Established and maintain budgets, oversaw ordering of all supplies, responsible for all staffing and management issues relative to my departments. Installed an internet based work order program for reducing and minimizing property repairs. Enjoyed a reduction of repetitive return requests by increasing better contact with maintenance and guests.
