Daily Duties at Goodyear:
• Supported NA Consumer Tire Plants & New Airship Projects • Supported Chrome Pilot Plant Project • Lead rebuild of two VMI-448 Machines, both were completed on time • Lead build Platforms for all three new airships completed ahead of needed time frame and was able to work with the vendor to make sure most of the spend occurred in 2012 to help with CAPEX for the year on the entire project. • Developed new process and single form for Construction Bids • Developed new Sharepoint site to plan and monitor Field Assignments for all Capital Projects • Leading project to provide central interface for Project Management Information utilizing project server Sharepoint sites, with the functionality to aggregate data across all projects. This has involved working with stakeholders from multiple departments to insure alignment with best practices and scalability to other departments to help drive uniformity based on industry standards for project management.
