Daily Duties at Goodyear:

• Managing projects related to improving how Global Engineering performs Knowledge Management including: Security Strategy, Leveraging Mobile devices, Sharepoint Team Sites, Project Server Project Sites, Sharepoint based Applications, etc.. • Leveraging both Global Engineering and IT resources as applicable to deliver results and provide change management, including upfront training and monthly recurring training sessions. • Managed 1 contractor and 1 goodyear associate as direct reports who supported me in developing solutions in support of the projects I was managing. During my time in this role I also supported additional roles which are listed in achievements below
